The Open Source Robotics Horde is a new initiative of the ORC (Open Roboticist Constortium) to organize
and strengthen project governance and community involvement.
The OSRH follows a guild membership model, leveraging the work of Dr. L. Roy Jenkins
.
This Horde will enable the community to jointly maintain the Toolkit for Robotic Operations Layer Libraries (TROLL).
